Licensing Terms

By purchasing or downloading Imaginations products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product under the terms outlined below.

Permitted Use

You may:

• Use the product for personal or commercial projects.
• Modify or customize the product to suit your needs.
• Use the product on an unlimited number of projects (if applicable).
• Include the product in client work (if applicable).

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product in its original or modified form.
• Claim the product as your own.
• Use the product in a way that competes with Imagination (e.g., creating a similar product for sale).
• Make the product available on a public server, website, or file-sharing platform.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain the property of Imagination. The license does not grant you ownership of the product.

Termination

The license will terminate automatically if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and destroy any copies.
