How do I place an order?

• Browse our categories or search for what you need.
• Choose between custom-made or pre-designed digital products.
• For custom orders, fill in the brief form with your requirements.
• Proceed to checkout and make a secure payment.
• You’ll receive confirmation and updates via email.

How long does it take to receive my digital product?

Pre-designed items are available for instant download after payment.

Custom orders take 2 to 5 business days depending on complexity. An estimated delivery date is provided during checkout.

What file formats do you deliver?

• Video edits – MP4 (others on request)
• Brochures/Posters – PDF, PNG, or JPEG
• eCards/Stickers – PNG, PDF, and GIF (if animated)

If you need a specific format or open file, just let us know during checkout.

Can I request revisions?

Yes! Revisions are available depending on the product and tier:

• Custom videos/wallpapers: Basic (1), Standard (2), Premium (3)
• Custom eCards, brochures, posters, stickers: 2 revisions
• Additional revisions: subject to a small fee

What if I don’t like the final product?

• Custom products: We’ll revise based on your feedback.
• Pre-designed items: No refunds due to digital nature, but contact us for help.

Do you offer bulk or business packages?

• Discounts for bulk orders
• Business branding bundles (brochures, posters, stickers, social media)

Are your products printable?

Yes! Our posters, brochures, and stickers are delivered in high-resolution, print-ready formats. We do not ship printed versions — only digital files.

Do you offer support after purchase?

Do I own the rights to what I buy?

Pre-designed items: You receive a non-exclusive license.

Custom designs: You own the final product (source files not included unless purchased). See our Licensing Terms for details.

Can I cancel or refund my order?

Custom Orders: Cancellations accepted within 12 hours. Partial refunds may apply after that.

Instant Downloads: Non-refundable.

How do I submit multiple custom requests?

Submit a separate request form per category. If multiple items are from the same category, submit one form and describe each design in the additional comments.
